STORYTIME FOR FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th IS CANCELLED - WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Come join Mr. Beard on an adventure through worlds of creativity, imagination, and fun! This storytime is geared toward children 2-6 years old and their parents/guardians, but families are welcome! Every Friday at the Manton Public Library from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
The goal is simple: read 1,000 books with your child before they head off to kindergarten.
Sounds like a lot, huh? Don't worry!
1 book a day for 3 years = 1096 books
3 books a day for 1 year = 1096 books
Join the program by signing up at the circulation desk!
Get a log and cross off a symbol for each book you read:
- Repeated books count
- Books heard at storytime count (Including library storytimes!)
- Books read by family and friends count
