Adult Book Bags

Fill out this form with your likes and dislikes so we know what to select for your book bag! Each bag contains two library books, a snack, a bookmark or sticker, library program information, a book review sheet, and more. The more you share, the more personalized your bag will be.

Your Adult Book Bag will be ready on the 15th of the month after 3pm. You'll have 14 days to pick up your bag. They will be located at our Circulation Desk. Ask for Emily or Erin if you have any questions.

Filling out this form automatically signs you up for book bags through the month of November (September, October, and November). You can stop your book bag subscription at any time by emailing thompsone@cadillaclibrary.org.
